Jeta Ace's Terms & Conditions — Applicable to all players

By accessing the Jeta ace (jetaace.biz) platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Jeta ace and each registered user.

These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. All services, games, bonuses, payments, and customer support operations on Jeta ace are governed by these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Jeta ace provides gaming services for entertainment purposes only. This platform should not be used as an alternative to financial investment. All gaming activity carries financial risk, and Jeta ace bears no responsibility for such risk.

To open an account with Jeta ace, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. Registration is strictly prohibited if these requirements are not met, and any account found to be ineligible after the fact will be confiscated.

Eligibility to Register

• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.

• Only one account may be registered under your name.
• Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or network; however, verification may be required in cases of suspected misuse.

KYC Verification

For security purposes, Jeta ace may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may include a copy of your National ID, birth registration certificate, or passport. Failure to complete KYC may result in delays to your withdrawal.

All financial transactions on Jeta ace are secure and transparent. We support Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Nexus Pay.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted; any such transaction detected will result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the original deposit.
• Delays may occur due to bank holidays or technical issues.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from your bonus balance.

Jeta ace regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

First Deposit Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25x the total of your deposit plus bonus must be met.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

Cashback & Loyalty Bonuses

• Weekly cashback of 5%–15% applies on net losses.
• VIP members earn additional loyalty points that can later be converted into bonuses.
• Referral bonuses apply only after the referred person makes their first deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jeta ace platform. Any such activity detected will result in immediate action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or introducing illegally obtained funds into the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using Jeta ace's brand, logo, or content without prior authorization.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.

Jeta ace reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Upon clear evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation.
• Upon detection of suspicious or unusual gaming patterns.
• Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe after a KYC verification request has been made.
• Upon evidence of bonus abuse.
• Upon receipt of a directive from a legal authority or a court order.

Upon permanent closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time.

Jeta ace believes gaming should be fun and in control. We want every player to enjoy a healthy gaming experience and stay within their limits.

• Session Timer: Enable automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of Jeta ace's trademarks or brand name is a punishable offence.

Jeta ace is not responsible for the following:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical error.
• Financial losses due to delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Any issues arising from a user sharing their account credentials with others.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Financial losses arising from gaming — Jeta ace always cautions that gaming carries risk.

Jeta ace's total liability shall in no event exceed the value of the transaction in question, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Any dispute arising between Jeta ace and a user will be resolved through the process outlined below.

Step 1 — Contact Support

Start by contacting our customer support team via email or live chat. Most disputes are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Step 2 — Formal Complaint

If your issue remains unresolved after contacting support, please send a detailed message to support@jetaace.biz. A senior representative will respond within 72 hours.

Step 3 — Final Resolution

If both parties agree, a formal arbitration process may be initiated through a neutral third party. The arbitrator's decision will be considered final and binding on both parties.

Jeta ace reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification before they take effect.

• Minor changes may take effect immediately.
• At least 7 days' prior notice will be given for any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
